STEPS Enter: Start by submitting your horse on the online portal and paying the $1,000 catalog fee to secure your spot in the sale. All entries will be reviewed and approved by the team. They must be assigned to an approved Fastrack agent.  Assign: Each Fastrack agent has hands-on experience and a proven record of success. Once selected, you’ll deliver your horse to that agent’s facility for sale preparation and representation. Prep: Your agent oversees every detail of presentation, including professional photos, videos, and veterinary work. Radiographs are required for horses one year and older (excluding broodmares). The agent will coordinate all vet and media scheduling at the seller’s expense to ensure your horse is showcased at its best. Promote: Fast Track drives global visibility and markets the sale to a worldwide audience, while your agent promotes your individual horse and manages all buyer inquiries. They’ll handle private showings, answer questions, and ensure every potential buyer has the access they need. Together, the sale gains reach—and your horse gets attention. Close: When the sale ends, Fast Track verifies payment before releasing any horse. Once cleared, your agent will be notified and can coordinate pickup or delivery with the buyer. From entry to closing, every step is handled with transparency, security, and professionalism.
